VICTOR ZHANG P.E.
PRESIDENT
Victor has over a decade of bidding experience in the heavy construction industry on a variety of infrastructure projects. He has extensive expertise managing estimates for complex mega projects in excess of $1 billion USD each. His attention to detail, meticulous organization, and technical knowledge bring confidence to an exciting process.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Manhattan College, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York.
